★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vegetables and fruits are not fresh and some about to go bad. Limited items available for complete groceries shopping. Foreign workers lazy, not pleasant and can be rude at time. Thanks but no thanks again for the next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A store that pretends to be on the same league as Village Grocer, Jaya Grocer & B.I.G, but contrastingly ends up by being an overpriced version of 99SpeedMart. To the management of Glenn's Grocer, please diversify the products / stocks in your store if you seriously intend to attract consumers as there's always a feeling of inadequacy and blandness whenever I'm in your store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Understand that most of the product is imported items with premium price but what i dont understand big onion one pack (4pcs) cost RM8 ,potato (4pcs) RM6 dont talk about vegs and chicken you will get pitam if u see the price...Are those items is controlled price by gov? Please follow the gov guidelines..
Change your strategy to cater customer needs..win win situation..
Please ensure not to overcharge the customers on controlled items.. Even Mydin (which offer good price) last time cant survive what about you?..Hope someone from your management look on this..
We are residents of utropolis will always support each other but dont take advantage.

The receipt has a qr code to get cashback but after scanning it, it needs you to input a code to collect it. But no matter how many times you request for the code to be sent, they'll never send it. What's the point of having a qr code at the end, when it is unusable??? ****ing idiots!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is always there on the premise and he had helped me a few times regarding the price of certain items. The staff also are friendly and serve with a smile on their face.
The cafe's food is good, and the coffee is delicious too. A good place to quick hang out after you've done shopping.
Overall, it is a good place to shop your groceries and the price is quite competitive too. Will definitely come again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a food counter in the supermarket, the meal sets are affordable, however, the food taste is so so. Tried kapitan chicken set, the kapitan chicken curry like no taste, for me the highlight is the side dish, which is brocolli with dried onion. The rice meal set comes with rice, fried egg, brocolli with dried onion, and tomato+potato+carrot+chicken pieces soup. Be careful with the chicken bone in the soup!

Always sighing like I disturbed him and never smiles. grumpy face. Not sure if the boss are even aware of his attitude. The credit card machine always seemed to have a problem. Wasting my time
