β β β β β Don't buy things from this company.
Bought a refurbished company laptop from them on Lazada. Totally useless machine. Keep crashing and they requested me to send the machine back to them and bear the cost of courier.
I said, alright, but i can't do that all the time, so can you guarantee that it will be okay after this?
Then the staff just give a bunch of useless statements like our repair policy covers only hardware and not software and you need to bring it back here, etc. In the end he told me to return and refund. So that's what I did.

β β β β β Bot a refurbished laptop for RM1200, used less 10X already spoilt and when I send back was told can't repair no spare part. Worst, keep changing the dates(3x) for me to take back laptop, told to collect back on 18/10, then 20/10, but when called on 21/10 they said laptop not at their shop. After I raise my voice only they told collect on 22/10. Worthless, useless computer and lousy after sales service!! Send to another IT shop to repair also can't repair (mother board spoilt) was advise to change new laptop. What type of refurbished laptop used less than 10x spolit and need change mother board costing RM900! Sold this spoilt laptop to scrap metal shop for less than
RM10. Advise to spend extra RM1-2k buy new computer than refurbished..βΉοΈ??...Then they said free to comment in their FB, but when post the above comment on their FB it was deleted and ban from further comment...think twice b4 buying computer from here.

β β β β β This shop have good service and good conditions of laptop and desktop because i just come to this shop around last month and their service are good and the employee are so friendly and last week i just purchase laptop on shopee and packaging are nice and so safety because they put alot of bubble wrap inside and outside so safety i recommended for the one who looking for budget laptop and desktop and by the way thank you for free gift ???
