โ โ โ โ โ I went 05/03/2022. I walked inside and asked one lady at the reception for the log book to write my details. She said don't have have to use my sejahtera app.. I asked her so how about the old people who don't have or don't use Hp? She said we will ask them to wait outside and give them what they want. So I told okay I will go outside and you give me what I want and she was like tell me what you want I said Bena and immediately was like no stoock. It's okay if got no stock but do we look like beggars?????? Who's mistake for not having a log book? Do you know what action can be taken for not accomplishing S.O.P?we have an option to use my sejahtera or log book! I have been to this place many times and this was the worst. Never anymore going. Happens when you Want to support indian business! Thanks anyway
