They ask come earlier by 6pm because flight by 10pm and the best part no once from the agency turn up until 7.05pm and then they ask my parent first stay at Counter H and after that they text ask jemaah go to KFC to see them and then after half an hour they text again to everyone to go counter H back.. seriously.. when we go counter H.. only one person turn up... And the best part.. the person hold the passport, bording pass, visa not turn up yet.. just give stupid reason traffic jem... they supposed to be more responsible... It's not fly in Malaysia but to Amman... And almost 8.35pm they just come... What stupid.. they supposed to be at KLIA before the Jemaah coming and then prepare all the necessary.. not we are waiting them...
Hope the agency take action on this matter and hope not happened again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad experience from this agency, full of frauds, simply change the umrah date without giving any prior notice or even have the courtesy to ask, when asked for reasons why.. "adalah hikmahnya" .. ku lempang laju2 satu keturunan ko pastu cakap adalah hikmah nye nak?
