★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The way they talking totally out of my expected. We used to very friendly with them. But the person incharges seem like not really accept our complaints. And the face reaction is offending. And another person incharges put the name card on the door but when you called him, he said he don't have WeChat and Whatapps. If you are not person incharges why you print your name on the name card? They not even apologize after I complained immediately. They apologized after I msg him and I went to the branch complaint. No more visit again. Dissapointed with the service and the way they talk. Waste my time to introduce many of friends support. They don't know what is call appreciate and social.
