First photo shows that I had installed lamp at the corridor before installing the awning. The second photo shows that they install the awning without relocating the lamp. Now when i switch on the lamp, it's not functioning at all because it was hid behind the awning.
Supposedly your team should inform me about this. Now, my technician said it's hard to relocate the lamp and I had to pay more on that. Glozon team didnt responsible at all and dont want to pay for the damage. I only ask for RM100 so that I can call the technician to relocate the lamp but they refused.
2nd issue is that there is gap between the awning and the pipe (salur air). I added another rm680 to add that but there is gap.
I feel waste of money for paying them RM5200 for the awning.
