★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here two weeks ago, dr is very professional and experienced . I like that she outlined my problems with what treatment is needed and how much it would cost with the time involved . Liked the attitude of reception as well.. very helpful. Had filling, extraction of upper wisdom teeths , and scaling done here .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top notch service . Lady dr very professional which check very thoroughly .Most other dentist I went would check my complain only. She seems very experienced too. Had fillings done here for both my front teeth . Loved the colour, could not tell the filling apart from my teeth! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. My mom went there and her teeth become even worse. That doctor is very impatient and she treat very roughly with no sympathy. She only care for money. She used calculator to show the patient how much will it cost and if you can't afford you better just go back. She asked my mom to choose between two different treatments and my mom chose to do the cheaper one but she wasn't happy with that and treat her like this. So my point is don't go to that clinic unless you can afford.

The doctor very hardsell, even though I experienced pain from my backtooth, she ignored it as priority & recommend me to do wisdom tooth removal, scaling, filling and “adjusting” the pain tooth in one go. I found it weird, but doctor mentioned she can only cure the pain tooth after filling, stating the teeth is loosen up. During the treatment I felt immerse pain, and asked the doctor to stop but she asked me endured it.
I experienced even worse pain after the treatment since morning, hence I called Goh dental clinic in evening to check the situation, the customer service told me it’s normal & asked me to endure for another two weeks, only come back if it’s still painful.
After that my friends all recommended me to go for a specialist. The specialist found out that it’s a more complicated case, not just teeth loosen up, totally wrong diagnosis. And through X-ray, the specialist very shocked to find out the “filling” from Goh Dental Clinic reached the upper part of my canal root, hence no choice have to proceed to extraction of canal root.
Please, where is the professional ethics, instead of prioritise which teeth to cure, the doctor emphasised on getting more tasks from customers to generate more income. Don’t go if you don’t want your tooth to become worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am the client in Goh Dental since I am 16 years old until now. I already move to united states and I will back to Malaysia to do my dental. Most of us, don't know the "price of a good dental". oversea, cost of treatment is between RM1000- RM10K. Maybe the person you spoke to is a very straight forward person and it doesn't mean that he/she is totally money minded. Efficiency in the treatment and straight forward communication is what I appreciate the most. Other Doctor repair your teeth with cheap material and won't last long enough for your whole life and you need find 2nd-3rd time because you use the inferior material to repair your teeth?? Good quality services and material never come with cheap price. I found the price is reasonable and fair. if you are the customer to find the cheapest dental, please go elsewhere, if you want a good dental, I could recommended you give Goh Dental a try. Thank you, Goh Dental, this is my sincere review and wish you always in pink of health.
