★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't confuse this gym with the international Gold's Gym .. Not the Same!!... This is a rustic, down-to-earth gym. Very cramped with equipment that is old and very rusty. However, if you visiting and want to get a quick workout, this place will do well for only 6RM. There is no air conditioning thus place very warm, to me that's ok since I like to sweat. No shirt to work out is the norm. I was there Saturday afternoon and was a little busy. I will definitely visit this gym again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old school hardcore, dirt cheap gym. Quite cheap only 5RM but I think the price has gone up already. Equipment is old, rusty but adequate. Mineral water costs 2RM. Come as you are, proper gym attire not required. You can workout shirtless. Most guys workout there topless as it is too hot especially on peak hours when it is crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What others have said is true. BUT. I found everyone friendly enough, the price more than reasonable, nearly all the equipment works fine and it gets the job done. No pretentiousness, no egos and no hassle.
Being a 'guys gym', I was initially concerned my presence there as an older white female might attract the wrong sort of attention. Not a thing to worry about!
Just test the equipment before use, if you are unsure of it's state. Bring a towel cos you will sweat. They do sell protein powder by the serve there, but I brought my own along. Was RM6 entry per visit.
Everyone in the neighbourhood knows the gym, so just ask if you find it hard to locate.
I'll gladly return here if I return to KL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lot of old equipment here. It's a bit messy with plates and dumbells scattered around, however it's quite cheap with a walk-in pass for 6 RM.
There is an old squat rack with a barbell which feels a bit too narrow. Quite a few loose curl bars, barbells, and plates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was reluctant in going here due to the state of the place but for 5rm it was hard not to give it a try. The gym itself caters for weight lifting it had everything you can possibly need. Very approachable staff and great environment to work out in; if you don't mind the humidity. I highly recommend this place as it is convenient and is well equipped. Just bring a towel because you will sweat.
