โ โ โ โ โ It was a horrible experience, I had requested for an invoice as all the fine details were discussed and I wanted to make payment, but a lady by the name of CT COULD NOT DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN AN INVOICE AND A QUOTE, and raised her voice asking me to accept a quotation instead... I had no choice but to leave in embarrassment..

โ โ โ โ โ Macam mana la nak tolong business. Hantar email mintak quotation 4/5/2018. sampai 22/5/2018 x dapat2 lagi. Bila call letak telephone.
Bila mula2 call confirmkan email yang jawab phone kata betul. Tapi xde respons. nak bg job pun macam ni. susah2..

Shame on you. You're doing business but blaming your customer on your own mistake ? wow. Mintak quotation 4hb. 22hb x dapat lagi.. 18 hari.. Tak lambat ? wow. As I explained, I did called in, nobody pickup. Sebab tu comment kat sini.
When I have 18 days gaps time to wait for your quotation, I have start to received quotations from other vendors. Why i didn't respond to you once I get the quote ? because its expensive compare to other vendor. And i'm irritated by your responses in the email still blaming your customer for your own incompetency of your system & staff. Nak tolong melayu, tapi macam ni.. sayang2..
