โ โ โ โ โ While the company has quite unique collection of different items, there are some negative points that are really disappointing:
- operation dispatch team makes mistakes in preparing POโs.
- sales team are in permanent change. And most of the time they provided wrong information on stock availability (like what happened with me today with Liew after 3 times confirmation by him.
- prices are a bit higher than other major suppliers in the market.
- MOQ to Cyberjaya is 1000 MYR which is really high, but โmaybe reduced to 600 myr so donโt burst like a bombโ as stated by rude employee Sasi.
