โ โ โ โ โ Inquired with one of their staff named Nicole at a travel fair at the Mid Valley exhibition center few weeks ago. She wasn't very helpful when I asked about flight tickets, and didn't want to elaborate on the tour packages available when I asked. Is it because GTT is big and established so they can neglect customer service? Disappointing as I've always enjoyed travelling with GTT in the past.

โ โ โ โ โ Sucks.. Marketing gimmicks only.
When you got into the tour, most things seem sucks. Very rushing.
What can you do with 20 mins sight seeing if you walk to toilet in the park, 2 mins. Relieving yourself 2 mins and walk back to sight seeing spot 2 mins. Get family ready to snap some pic with 3 different spots....
Tour group sucks!

โ โ โ โ โ Had twice of their service. First tour booking we had to settle some of the procedures at the counter, and we park at the nearby carpark. The second tour we settled everything online, no hassle. Dealing with agent in charge was fine, except we hope they will improve their telephone service. The person who pick up the call when we first enquire shows some impatience and not so friendly tone (maybe due to language).
But we are most happy with their Tour leaders. We had Cheston for the Harbin tour in 2015, very well organized. We had Joe for the EE tour in 2019, and he is awesome. Good food and great accommodation. Will definitely consider this company again in future

โ โ โ โ โ My favourite tour agency. Although on the surface the price is above average, the quality of the hotel rooms, personal service and itinerary befits the price. Good value for money. I can tell that there is serious thought and consideration going into the planning of the itinerary and GTT doesnโt give you the impression that they are squeezing you for every penny. I can say this with confidence as Iโve travelled to over 60 countries and have used many many tour agencies in Malaysia.
