It does not accept any e wallets nor does it accept any cards eventhough it writes in the counter that it does. When asked the cashier just shruggs like I'm crazy for asking.
What a bad shop & bad service!

the worst were 2 things here:
1)we over heard the crew said no more ice. then the customer went off, which was 3 person b4 our turn. but the question is, why the the crew didn't let ALL the queueing customers know about this?? the customer went off 1 by 1 and the crew still serving 1by1 telling them no more ice??, until our turn, they told us "sold off"!??? they should let us know earlier. we were waited and hopefully we can buy the drinks without ice, because we were queue for almost half a hour and thirsty! we were like stupidly waited for another 10min after over heard about "no more ice"... what is this? your crews don't even know the basic!
2)why "no more ice" was like discovered at the last min??? while they serving, they should already know how much left, and they can control the queue, informing customer earlier rather let us waiting!! we queued for more than 25min (6persons in front of us)... ridiculous!!
hi management of gong cha, please provide professional training to your crews!!
it is ok to have "no more ice" situation because of unexpected crowd, but we can't tolerate of such late information until our turn. fyi, our old parents were waited together with us. behind of us, having at least 10 customers waiting, you wasted everyone's time queueing there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for 20 min today. Because they ran out of Boba pearls and had to cook a new batch. Who knew someone would order a milk tea with pearls today? Maybe management can provide some training on how to properly plan ahead? ?
