β β β β β Please don't even bother to seek any advice in Goodmedic Pharmacy in Jalan Selesa, Happy Garden, Kuala Lumpur, as the male pharmacist is extremely unhelpful & would make rude & uncalled for remarks when questions are asked. Ever since the male pharmacist took over (the former was a female pharmacist who was very helpful), the service is horrible. We tolerated his behaviour because the shop was nearby & it was convenient. Never have we met any pharmacist who is that unhelpful & rude. We have decided NEVER EVER to buy anything from that outlet of Goodmedic Pharmacy in Happy Garden, Jalan Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur. Even if Guardian in Plaza OUG is a bit far, the service is good & the pharmacists were never unhelpful or rude, unlike this male pharmacist, who is snobbish & has a superiority complex.
Totally unacceptable behaviour - if he does not like to attend to customers, please go get a non-customer facing job where there is no customer contact!!! Since he does not like to attend to customers, we will help to tell others around NEVER EVER to go into that outlet. We can always go to the nearby Chinese Medicine Hall to purchase vitamins, etc.
