★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience to the mattress could be great but not to the sales personnel who represented your brand.
I have been surveying around for the mattress and decided to go for Goodnite’s mattress. Knowing there is a MyHome fair happening at MITEC, so decided to hop over to see if any special deal. Finally found the Goodnite booth and the first impression projected by the sales personnel wasn’t that great which I felt that I am not welcome to their booth. However, having recognising that is the mattress brand that I am looking for, I went on to stand at the booth till someone attending to me and my family.
After few questions about the availability model and price, the sales personnel who is a young lady actually told me and my husband that “you don’t need to go around to survey, is all the same.” Truly I was shocked by her “advise”, we weren’t asking many questions but just simply ask the model and the price for the mattress and we got this reply. I am confused of the respond and the treatment I received from Goodnite sales personnel. As consumer, are we not have the right to check on your products since you are holding a sales booth, as well as surveying around before making a purchase?? I been to quite few furniture shops who are not only selling your products but never received such service but receiving this kind of poor service from the sales personnel represented your brand.
In today’s market, by having a good product will not be sufficient but you got to have other elements to complete it as a total package to make your product sustainable within the competitive market, hence if that sales personnel that I met is representing your brand, I truly felt that you might really need to look into the criteria to select your sales personnel. That’s my 2 cents. Thank you for reading.
