★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time walk in,Time10.35pm.Reception staff told us that the room was fully booking,she recommend the room package Rm699 for us…but we didn't want to drink alcohol…the staff was offer us spent the time package Rm200 per hour.My friend was a member,so the girl told us member can buy 1hour free 1hour. While waiting she get an approver from superior.We seen an indian Girl staff with long curl hair and brown skin walk thru to the reception,She using unwilling body language and voice said we only left the room package for Rm200 per hour,feel uncomfortble for the poor service,staff very rude.

last week is my First time singing midnight hour. Before I went I Called and Booked cashier said 12:30am till 2:30am for 5pax RM148
But at 2am staff told us is our last song ?
So we only SANG 1 hour????????????
