★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too many Empty promises, developer will promised to all Customers before selling their unit that will open the backroad soon to avoid paying toll everytime exit from Goodview heights. But Since 2015! 5 years paying toll everytime exit or enter Goodview Heights. Too many defaults in the unit, everytime when call Fiza(developer Office) will promise the date & never turn up. Give up and done by my self.

Service after staying here is bad

The house quality is bad
Got crack all over.plus bocor sana sini!
I stayed in apartment villa 2 years.
Main hall and room bocor everytime it rains
Bilik air senget, water dont come down the drain?
I move to 2 storey house casia
Also crack and bocor!
Wadefak.
Go out need to pay tol!
Got back road but didn't open.
Why im here now? No money to pindah.
