★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place operated by 3 malaysian who work in Singapore and making money out of singaporean by introducing them to their so call old age home. They are all money minded and pretend to care the old but actually is their caregiver money. The place is far from being call an old age home. Of cause they will take in all those who cann't move and let them play around. All Singaporean watch out for these wolves. They even want to be a citizen in Singapore. Looks like Singaporean money easy to make.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleanliness is also not well maintained in this branch. However, slightly better than the Danga Bay branch. Not very informative when asked about some general medical issues. Person-in-charge and staff are not very responsive when asked about personalised care services.

Friendly administrators, communicate well with us few cousins. Very responsive n takes fast action.
Kind nurses, and hardworking! I cannot emphasize more that they are VERY VERY kind and has empathy to my uncle. That is one of the happiest home that we have put him in. He smiled a lot more. I still cannot belief that he joins in the activities. So contrast from last time. At least he has moved on to an even better place with HIM now. I have no regrets that we chose to put him here.
