Wok hei fragrant still there, but the size of the portion do not justify its price. The taste is so-so and certainly deteriorated from the years of operations. Still missed the SS15 asia cafe char kuey teow

To be honest we only ate here because the famous dim sum restaurant a few doors away was packed. I suspect I am not the only one doing this. The char kuey teow smelt delicious. The taste however was a little bit of a let down. My kuey teow was over-cooked and the noodles became too soft and sticky. My dining companion had kuey teow and mee and that came out much better. My plate was on the bland side while his was too salty. The inconsistency is really too bad. To be brutally honest, the only way I will dine here again would be if the dim sum restaurant is packed on my next visit.

The goreng kuey teow was tasty and paired well with the fresh cold coconut. Poh piahs were so so. Do like the friendly and helpful wait staff.

The famous Fried Kuey Teow Tong Shin is now at Bandar Puteri Puchong. Still taste good with the fried lard. Fried Kuey Teow here is the drier version and less oily. Popiah is also yummy. Would recommend.

Worst CKT experience ever. Food wasn't bad, but when you pay rm17.50 per pack, you tend to have higher expectations. I requested for no cockles and pork, but I was still charged the same price even though the cockles/pork was not substituted with other items. Worst of all, there wasn't a single fish cake in the CKT. Will i return? Not in this lifetime.

Finally open for dine in. Still good quality food. Very good service. Very clean restaurant and fast service. Payment by eWallet are accepted. Ample parking space available on a weekend night. Price is reasonable. Must try dish is the Char Kuey Teow Special and the Popiah. Other dishes in the menu are good too. The clam used in the char Kuey Teow are big and fresh.
