The browsing is easy, very user friendly:) Contacted the pic right away, Miss June to complete my purchase. She’s kind, super attentive and the kind of salesperson every buyer would want to deal with. Delivery is earlier than expected. Overall great service!

The outcome of the wooden legs is very nice and the team lead by Judy definitely puts in lots of effort to make the design as closely as possible to the one that I wish to have. They tried their best to accommodate every aspect of it. So thank you to Judy and the entire team for such great effort and taking note in every single details that I highlighted. Even the delivery person Toby was really helpful and friendly. They arrived on time for the delivery and making sure everything in order.

Her pieces were different, unique and oozed character. I fell in love and June advised on the correct sizing for my space, the color, and the chairs. She customised the chair colors so that I am now a proud owner of a full all-black dining set. Most of all, to comply with SOP, she patiently waited through MCO 2.0 and 3.0 before delivering to my home in Kuantan. Thank you June and team!

We spent quite a time looking through collections of ready-made furniture provided by different suppliers and available at various physical and online shops. And that is how we came across GRAB.it. We were very impressed with the balance between price and quality offered by the company, and thus we progressed with choosing the design and the ordering. Of course, MCO made its negative correction to the production and time. Yet, the result was very good, and thus we did not regret our decision. Our Chesterfield set looks astonishingly great. The quality of the leather is superior and the workmanship is very solid. Thank you Plutocube Sdn Bhd aka CRAB.it for the excellent job!
