★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grabgas / Halogas is basically non existent. Ordered once awhile ago for a house in KL, no respond. Tried it again today for another house in PJ, also no respond. Where do you guys operate?
Wont bother trying again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just used their services (holagas) got the gas cylinder in around an hour from ordering.
Things to improve:
Please send confirmation when delivery accept my order
And please ask them to bring same cylinder as requested, for not not sure if I can exchange the cylinder later but I'll update when it finish
Also notification by mail ? I almost used random mail to sign up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order less than 2 months back. I didn’t receive any confirmation email or no one contacted me. Suddenly a day later, some random guy comes and asks money at a much higher price compared to what was shown in their website when I placed the order. The guy says he just got message to send this. He don’t know the details and doesn’t even know what HaloGas is.
Less than 2 months the gas already finish. We don’t even cook that much. Not reliable. Looking at the gas cylinder condition, it’s gas leakage.
Will not order from them again. Also they damaged my cabinet when putting in the gas in.
