★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went over to do my hair up for a wedding dinner and was shown pictures of hairdo and the hairstylist choose one which was suitable for my length but it turned out awful n nothing like the picture so I told to just leave my hair down n I had to make do with adjustments at home n was still charged a high amount with the appointment time n exit from shop taking two hours☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy service. Lousy effect. Paid high price for their pro services and yet, came out with well-fried hair. N i mean fried. No one attend to my wet hair which was dying for a blow and lastly, upon calling them for blowdry (3 times!), they just did it out of hurry n ended up, fried hair! Wont go there again. Sucks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look for Sylvia, the senior hairstylist. She has amazing skills. I have very straight hair with zero volume plus am lazy when it comes to hair maintenance. Hence I need a style that requires ZERO effort. Sylvia gave me the best haircut that I’ve ever had! And yes, plenty of volume! She’s my go to hairdresser now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed to get less than average result after visiting there for my mom's hair highlighting work. The stylist was the owner 's daughter and we did not the promised result. The hair was not even dried with the drying machine and instead, we had to sit for so many hours for the color to settle in the hair. After that, they were all rushing to close the salon and in that rush, my mom's hair turned out to be a messed up affair. Even the blowdrying was not done professionally. The color just lasted for one day after shampoo wash after two days, all the highlights and color drained out. Imagine having to pay over Rm 700 and not get a professional job done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been around in terms of hair salons. And I highly recommend this salon for their quality of product, service and skill. Ask for Grace if you want a splendid haircut, Eunice for excellent colouring, Chris for her to-die-for hair wash, and Roma for her blow-drying skills. This hair salon resurrected my confidence with their professional skill and unmatched service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is absolutely not worth the price RM90 for a lousy hair wash and so mediocre. Been to so many places for a good hairwash and the prices are resonable.
I dont mind paying over priced hairwash but the quality is just not up to the standards of the pricing.
If your going to charge this price, please make it worth the amount we are paying for, you cant just price it high because of your rental is high. We pay for service and it has be to worth the amount we pay for.
Take note on this. Im leaving 1 star as it deserves it. Not up to standards, and highly disappointed.
