We decided to celebrate my mother's birthday at this restaurant. When we arrived at the restaurant, the staff in front didn't bother to serve us properly. Both my elderly aunt and mother was discussing the menu to decide what to eat. The staff got impatient and said with a raised voice "Do not make noise! (ไธ่ฆๅต)". I was appalled at what the service staff said to 2 elderly ladies, she was extremely rude and did not apologize, she didn't even bother to serve us. When we went in to eat, the service was very slow, we had to pour our own tea and serve ourselves most of the time. The food was only average and the terrible service is enough to never visit this place again. We are not paying to be treated with disrespect like this!

Extremely disappointed dining ever Never been to any restaurant serve this kind of bad service 1st itโ€™s 11.30am, just a short queue 4 table, the manager say have to wait for 2 hours, so at last, we waited for 10 mins and there is table ready for us 2nd done ticking food that we want, proceed to order, then the waiter say this sold out that not available, itโ€™s before 12pm OMG ARE YOU SERIOUS FOR F&B BUSINESS??? 3rd lousy attitude for all the person who wearing jacket only those who wear white shirt serve is serious on what they are doing โš ๏ธโš ๏ธโš ๏ธโš ๏ธโš ๏ธDO NOT WASTE TIME HEREโš ๏ธโš ๏ธโš ๏ธโš ๏ธโš ๏ธ

Finally a Chinese banquet in Bukit Jalil! My family & I has always enjoy Grand Harbour food and we are so glad they are 5mins away from home! Nicely set up place, cosy private rooms and they have a huge hall for weddings and event too! The Iberico Pork Ribs is super yumssss! Especially with the dipping sauce! ??

We decided to have lunch at Grand Harbour ,Pavillion Bukit Jalil to celebrate my birthday yesterday. The Restaurant Manager Mr Alex Chor had assisted with my reservation for 2 pax and when we arrived at 12 noon the table is ready for us. The tables are well spaced out too as the restaurant is spacious and good for social distancing practice for the new Norm practice Mr Alex recomended dim sum which only serve during lunch . The food is Great and price is reasonable. Great service.

Serving High Quality Food along with Less Friendly Prices. My experience ( Off Peak Hours ) was spending more than 15 minutes for our pot of hot tea, another 10 minutes after a friendly reminder. An unattended cart ( filled with dirty dishes ) was parked within arm reach distance from our table for more than 15 minutes while we were enjoying of food. Furthermore, our empty Tea Pot wasnโ€™t filled for more than 15 minutes.

Though the food were nice, unfortunately our event was spoilt by the poor service. Firstly, the person serving us in the room was only in the room the first half of our dinner. After that, he was no where to be seen. We had to serve our own tea, and change our own plates, with the dirty plates beside us. Dishes were supposed to be served individually was only done for the first 3 dishes, after that the food was just left in the table for us to serve ourselves. Secondly, we order the iberico ribs which did appear. When asked, we were told the kitchen have not prepared it, and we were served another iberico pork dish instead. They just serve the dish without consulting or advising us earlier. We had to pay for the dish we did not order as they said they have prepared it. Thirdly we also ordered roast pork which also did not come. When queried, was told the person taking our orders the week before did not inform the kitchen. In all the conversations, the staff was rather rude and not apologetic. We had to eventually escalate the matter to the manager who said he can only give us a simple complimentary dessert. The excuse he gave was they were short staff & many of them were new. Would definitely not recommend this place unless they improve their service. There are many other good restaurants with good if not better food and much much better service.

Was at this restaurant on a Saturday for dinner. Restaurant is clean and spacious. Waiters and waitresses were polite. Restaurant was not crowded but there was a sign at the entrance stating that it was fully booked! Food is good, not overly salty like in some Chinese restaurants ? and price is reasonable.
