La excursión a ver las luciérnagas y la selva, están muy bien, pero las organizan mayoristas, la agencia solo la vende, así que puedes comprar la misma excursión al mismo precio en cualquier otra agencia. Esta es un desastre! De los grandes! Y cuando reclamas, solo se hecha la culpa entre ellos o peor, a ti! Hay una muy buena agencia que se llama JUST EXPLORER, que cambiaron la excursión de los puentes en la selva (por otra excursión a una pareja que conocimos) la nuestra no sólo no nos cambió la excursión, si no que no nos aviso de que estaba cerrado! El autobús nos dejó súper lejos del hotel a la vuelta, a la ida nos llevaron a otro sitio y nos dejaron sin comida, nos dijeron que podíamos pagar con visá y luego al pagar nos cobraban un 3% más, total, que al vender, todo era si, pero en realidad no han avisado a nadie, hemos dado vueltas y nos hemos quedado sin alguna excursión incluida en el paquete por culpa de esta agencia. El resto estuvo bien, pero como dije eso lo monta la touropera NKS, la agencia esta es un desastre. Vete a Just Explorer!

OK, this is my impresión, you organización is not God and I pay with time and without excursions for your fault
 Do not book at this agency or you will regret it! The excursion to see the fireflies and the jungle, are very good, but they are organized by wholesalers, the agency only sells it, so you can buy the same excursion at the same price at any other agency. This is a mess! Big's! And when you claim, only the fault is made between them or worse, to you! There is a very good agency called JUST EXPLORER, which changed the excursion of the bridges in the jungle (for another excursion to a couple we met) ours not only did not change the excursion, but it did not notify us that it was closed! The bus left us super away from the hotel on the way back, they took us to another place and left us without food, they told us that we could pay with a visa and then they paid us 3% more, total, than when they sold Everything was yes, but in reality they have not notified anyone, we have turned around and we have run out of any excursion included in the package because of this agency. The rest was fine, but as I said that the tour touches the NKS, the agency is a disaster. Go to Just Explorer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e il mio ragazzo, arrivati a Kuala Lumpur, ci siamo rivolti all'angenzia per organizzare un tour di 6 giorni. I ragazzi che ci lavorano sono stati davvero professionali, gentili ed efficienti: hanno organizzato tutto nei minimi dettagli e non abbiamo riscontrato alcun tipo di problema. Hanno prenotato per noi gli hotel, i bus, i taxi e i vari tour (Putrajaya, Malacca, Cameron Highlands, Penang, Batu cave e Fireflies & monkey feeding) che sono stati veramente interessanti e allo stesso tempo divertenti. Nota di merito va alle guide scelte per i tour che sono state veramente brave nel condurci tra i punti di interesse e nel coinvolgerci, raccontandoci curiosità e notizie relative ai luoghi.
Consiglio vivamente di rivolgersi a quest'agenzia a chiunque volesse trascorrere, oltretutto in modo economico, dei giorni in Malesia alla scoperta della cultura e delle tradizioni.
My boyfriend and I, arrived in Kuala Lumpur, went to the angenzia to organize a 6 day tour. The guys who work there were really professional, kind and efficient: they organized everything down to the smallest detail and we didn't encounter any kind of problem. They booked hotels, buses, taxis and various tours (Putrajaya, Malacca, Cameron Highlands, Penang, Batu cave and Fireflies & monkey feeding) for us which were really interesting and fun at the same time. Note of merit goes to the guides chosen for the tours who have been really good in leading us between the points of interest and in involving us, telling us curiosities and news about the places.
I highly recommend contacting this agency to anyone wishing to spend days in Malaysia discovering culture and traditions, moreover in an economic way.
