β β β β β The staffs were not well trained to answer the question over the phone. Was asking regarding the item that I ordered but she did not know how to deliver the answer politely instead with rudeness. Please check your stock before promising us the stock will arrive within a week or so.

β β β β β Not many choice and expensive too. Furthermore the person attending to us did not explain the product clearly and quite misleading. She also utter foul words. When we explain, the manager took her side and did not let us explain. Will not do bisnes here again.

β β β β β I not sure why people complaining their poor service. I didn't see any problem happen in there. I'm old customer in there so their staff of course is good as normal. If stock unavailable, they will take my order and they deliver the stuff I wanted to home safe and sound, include installation.
All just have to patience, give them time and all are good to go.
