★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad experience too from a certain staff .information on phone and face to face differs . we are not getting things done for free. from where i come from customers come first. management needs to look in to this if they still want to be in the game . politeness is a good thing to master. there are some good staff Which are really helpfull in attending to cust needs .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As you enter the travel agent, Mrs Mala sits on the left, initially as you enter she will approach you cause she gets a cut for number of visa's that she applies in a day. She is rude, bossy, she will make customer wait and she will disappear from her desk and come back and say she didn't have lunch the whole day .and what not her personal problem could be. Charges as she wish for E-Visa saying USD is high. When you call to enquire the charges, it will be RM390/- and when you go there she will say RM400/-. When you say RM390/- was what quoted over the phone then she sticks on to RM390/-. Be careful with her. This is my personal experience dealing with her but not the 1st time it has been couple of times. She is one who will jeopardise the image of this travel agent.
1 star is given for the staffs who are the scape goats for her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my visa, flight ticket and tour package from Grandlotus Travel Agencies. From the get go they were very efficient and helpful. The tour was well handled by their ground handlers there and it was a memorable experience. Have recommended them to many of my friends and family. Definitely one of the best travel agents I've dealt with

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even a single star just because of the lady Suguna who is working with this agent. Her behavior is like a rubbish. Her not stop arguing mount like a drainage. Not professional at all. She think all the clients come to their agents are her family members. She get money from me to do a OCI application, end up all went wrong without proper documents attachments by her. She is not so helpful after receiving the application payment. Before receiving the first payment she will be very polite with you. Very rude when we call and ask her about next procedures. Finally she blocked me. Don’t believe this agent for your visa or oci applications.
