★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious house, clean house & nice city and pool view. However complicated security service (need to keep register as visitor and give ic when in and out. Very strict security especially to use swiming pool, compulsory with swimg suit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have a stay at this luxury condo when my trip to JB. The stay make us feel like a home very clean and nice view. The condo is very well maintain, safety and management done a very good job. There are cafe, swimming pool, gym, pool table and self laundry on the deck...Definetly a good accomodation for family and group of friends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice view of Tebrau bay as well as swimming pool. The unit is wel built with good sound isolation which effectively reduces the highway noise to bearable level. Doors and windows use high quality material.
The swimming pool is particularly spectacular just like a resort

The location is very convenient & the house is big enough especially if you have a family with kids. Plus there's a very good school & kindergarten here at level 5 that my kids go to. The condo is well kept & the security is pretty strict.
