★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wifi fast, pcs are great, clean, good staff. BUT... if you are short, the set up will be not suitable for you. Tables really high. Also, if you have long arms, get ready to be uncomfortable af especially if you play fps and like your keyboard and mouse further in

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice PC, mouse, keyboard, layout, temperatures, chair. That's the only nice things I can say.
Must deposit before you play. That's a big advantages and so not flexible for player. If you paid for 3 hours but end up played my last game at that time, you may get cut off.
Most movies are only Chinese sub.
Only popular games available.
PC Table too high. Play longer time makes our arms tired. Very uncomfortable to sit on if you're shorter than 165
Ambiance too dark, got eyes pain.
Not so friendly sales plan.
Prefer the next door although their ambiance is not that good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gaming gear needs to be improved. Spec wise it's ok for esport titles, another gripe i have is the monitor is stuck at 60hz.
Gotta be honest, gtx1060 is barely running eSports games at 144fps.

so how long have been broken? how long was ink cartridge was out? as a member i cant even purchase min time , i needed to pay full rm price? there a minor here playing game while vaping? dont even started friendly staff , this is real joke of 2022 café?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This isn't a bad cybercafe but it requires an update. pc specs is fine, 150-200 fps in valorant but 60hz monitor is a bit off for 2021. The staffs need to be more active in cleaning peripherals after a customer has left their pc, to wipe of keyboard sweat, especially during these times. The other odd thing would be the height of the table where the monitor is on, it is as high as my chest level, a short while of sitting would feel uncomfortable immediately. This should have been at the height of the chair's arm or at least close to the standard 76cm for table height. Good clean toilet thought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a first time customer who just recently moved to KL from Sabah, I have to say that I am very disappointed with the service here.My girlfriend and I has experience going to cyber cafes and, I was in Sabah, I was working in one as well
First time walking in, I decided to play for an hour or two with my girlfriend. Talking with the cashier, he was quite rude and kept repeating “Hah? Hah?” when I was asking questions about the place. His face seemed fed up the second we walked in and my girlfriend and I felt very unwelcomed.
When we sat down, my girlfriend noticed how dusty the keyboards were. I do not know about KL cyber cafes, but back in my hometown, the staff would clean up and wipe the keyboards and headset after every use. So she was very surprised at how unhygienic everything was, she also mentioned how her seat was quite damp, maybe from the sweat from the previous user. My table also had a mineral water bottle that was not mine.
For the pc, my girlfriend for some reason could not log into her valorant account via gmail, the browser kept saying “redirecting” and she also pressed the button to allow chrome to direct to valorant. She waited for more than 20minutes and nothing opened. I tried to figure out what was going on and her pc suddenly shut down itself.
For my pc, valorant stopped responding mid match, and it was my first match. And for some reason, even though I purchased 2 hours, my timer was only for an hour..
I don’t know if this is how cyber cafes usually run in KL, but i definitely expected more since KL is more “maju” than Sabah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The screen monitor is so big , comfortable gaming chair and nice headset. High end pc gaming setup. Attentive staff. Snacks can be bought as well. Clean toilet. Aesthetic , Modern design . The background music they play is a bit distractive , would prefer they turn it off . Don't forget to bring ur hoodie and socks cus it's freezing cold ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ? This cyber cafe is very clean and smells good too, and it is cigarette / vape-free!
? Price is RM3.50/hour, suggest taking their package if you plan to stay there more than 3hours.
? PC performance and chair conditions are acceptable.
? I feel the table and chair height differences are quite big. If you're playing for hours, you might feel some shoulder pain because your arms are not sitting comfortably by your side, you have to stretch your arms instead.
