The place is good and good for short stay Easy check-in and parking.

Decent place for affordable accommodation. Friendly host. A bit noisy at busy corner but also means very accessible accommodation for dining etc

Booked 2 hotel rooms (2D&3D) for 3 days 2 night. During first night, our hotel (3D) was having issue on air cond noise. Informed staff 1, she came out and checked. After sometime, she explained that due to turbo, this we cannot put air cond on too low temperature. At the same time, she told that the next day, technician would have a look. After 1 hour, my room (2D) had issue on air cond as well. Contacted staff 1 again, she came out and took video and came back after awhile and explained we gotta do same thing as room 3D. And technician would look on the issue for both rooms the next day morning (which I told we'll be out before 8am) and told her we will take our personal belongings and no issue on technicians coming in our rooms to check. The next day(2nd day), afternoon I talked to another staff (staff 2) regarding water bottle payment. At night 8.32pm, I texted grayhaus again asking update on air cond issue, staff 2 called me and explained that tdy technician went back home and he will check tomorrow morning (note that we will be checking out before 12pm and this time I did not know staff 1 and staff 2 are two diff people). When I asked, she said today management is very busy as well. I asked there's nothing she could do, and she said no and apologize to me. I was abit disappointed. Thus, when management got to know about this info, they confronted and explained that 2 different staff handled to me and both did not communicate regarding update on the air cond issue. I also did not explained that to staff 2 that alrdy technician came to room 3D to explain the issue on how to handle air cond (please note that staff 2 and staff 1 are not the same person). Both sides had miscommunication and misinterpretation. Overall the staff (staff 1 &staff 2) are very polite and kind. Both of them apologize and I apologize as well. Thank you for staff 1 and staff 2. Hopefully it will be better the next visit

staff are helpful and friendly. room is clean and tidy. a good hostel to stay during holiday.

I liked it so far so good cleanliness is good but bad for people with light sleep you can hear vehicle sounds through out the night

A home stay in old Ipoh town. Comfortable room. Fast chefk-in. The downside is the toilet is outside the room. Parking along Jalan Sultan Idris is also risky because of the speeding cars. Recommendation: Install CCTV and spotlights at the backlane to enable guests to park at night.

the bed layout for triple room a bit weird due to space constraint. overall cleanliness is very good, got lift and bed/mattress/pillow quite comfy. only the check-in registration process a bit troublesome. Other than that this guesthouse is perfect.

Not a comfy stay. Despite the location is right at the city centre near main road, but the sound noise proof is badly done. Whole night was disrupted by vehicle sounds. Apart from that, the toilet plumbing system was not well organised. My room can hear clearly whenever there is upper rooms flush down water. I was keep awake whenever get disrupted. Overall not a good experience, wish to get reception to change room, but no reception is on duty 24hrs. Hope the owner can take some action to improve better
