★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lost my policy and thought I could come and get a replacement . First if you loose it you have to get certified that you loose it then pay 40.00 and they will send the replacement to you.Warning though they will send your replacement policy to the original address stated in your IC so if you have a new address sorry la no can do. Talk about simplicity that will not be the case . Maybe next time I go and make a police report first. What is this ? After sale service should be customer friendly and customer first sadly not so. Maybe they have grow so big as to have forgotten about their roots current directions must be money come first customer service just a advertising gimmick . I gave 2 star to the front counter staff who has to face the customer equip with only their will with no support bravo to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's so disappointing tht my call was received by someone aftr numerous tries of calling. Sadly to be told tht 'we are now working from home' was bluntly replied! Even if it's working from home, I am sure services could still be rendered by asking ' can i help you?' or give a reply tht i can follow up. But, no ! - call was just bluntly ended. what a GREAT company is it, GREAT EASTERN?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are sulky, unhelpful, not understanding and inattentive! Forms to update policy details were submitted to them but no action taken! Staffs always request policyholders to refer agents! So lazy!

I was seated inside got called my number within minutes. The customer service lady greeted politely and processed my request immediately. She was very friendly and took care of everything fast. Appreciate the efficient and professional service. Thank you very much!
