★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to shop for fresher fruits with great bargains!! Option to buy in bulk or small packets. Many choice of imported fruits which don't sells in supermarkets or hypermarkets. They also imported Japan products.

Expensive, low quality
They will give you plenty of excuses and NO REFUND or Change of items will be allowed at
ALL.
They just don’t admit their mistakes. And not customer’s first !
Better don’t just look and buy .
Rule of thumb.
Must taste the fruits.
No taste , better don’t buy .
You will regrets more than feeling happy after buying.

It was great to deal with them as they have a very helpful staff, fast respond on order and quotations, systematic way to arrange for booking as order made, easy excess and most importantly spacious parking for their clients. Located not far within KL area in Selayang wholesale market itself and easy to notice this place. Great for big celebrations and party of fruits to supply for both clients or own business

Yesterday, the moment I received the Japenese Plums immediately I kept in the fridge.
This morning, when I’m about to make my Umeshu, I realized at least half of the plums were dented, rotten and got many dark spots. I make a call to this seller patiently explained the situation as to get solutions and replacement.
When I share the picture, they said it's the delivery guy's fault. I actually disagree on what the seller said because the plums were in the sealed box when I received.
After multiple negotiations, their final feedback is they can only offer a discount on my next purchase. This is so silly. Hello? How could it possible to have NEXT TIME?! We all know that Japenese Plum is SEASONAL FRUITS. That doesn’t mean you can get anytime you want. All I want is to resend me at least half of the replacement NOW!
Can't believe I had spent over RM 168 including delivery fee and this is how I get treated.
????HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! ????

They will NOT take responsibility with bad quality fruits they sell to you and instead will push back the responsibility to you. Rotting fruit also claim that it's not ripen. Fantastic new info I learnt today.
No after sales service and extremely bad customer service. Arrogant way of running business. Read for yourselves.

Customer service here is horrendous especially the boss at the counter. I was once get yelled at just because I was choosing the avocado and no one was serving me every time I came here.
If the owner is reading this review, just a constructive feedback for you, it costs nothing to be nice and friendly.
