โ โ โ โ โ what wonderful condo. i really like it because of having modern facilities inside condo. The swimming pool is quite beautiful and big where the gym is super. Moreover, the surau is fantastic where you can pray and recite the holy quran. The another good thing is female also can pray at the same time. The fascinating part is you can enjoy the natural beauty standing from your house. The security service is very organized. There are many family from a wide range of countries all around the world. Mostly the inhabitants are from arabian countries, bangladesh, pakistan and so on. The beautiful condo will be the best bargain for your residence. Last but not least, the parking space is incredibly big and the strategic nice location no doubt will satisfy you in many ways. good luck.

โ โ โ โ โ My first home that me and my wife rented after marriage. I really miss this condo. The home witnessed an addition of a family member(my daughter). She spent her early days at this condo and it makes it really nostalgic for me. She had her first crawl, her first walk her. I would promise myself if I had extra money I would buy a unit here. The management and security is flawless and organized. Once in a while if i am at that area, I would pass through and gaze the condo from the entrance. Thanks for the 2 years+ memories.

โ โ โ โ โ It's so peaceful out here in the surrounding area, suitable for brisk walking -- my favourite form of exercise. (Exercise does the body good, doesn't it??) As for the condominium's security guards, they are helpful -- you can ask them about not only the condo's premises, etc. but also those whom you'd like to contact regarding units for sale/rent.
