β β β β β Unfortunate for us, we paid our booking payment rm13k to an unprofessional agent. And we are really not satisfied with the way he treated us. Agent did not listen to client properly and giving wrong advice. The agent looked down on our lawyer, when in fact he is the one who doesn't know a thing he's saying! Very poor service. i wish we had change the agent to someone else before paying the booking. We are complaining to the board as well. REN: Freddie Chan 20298

β β β β β Downright unprofessional negotiator named Ken Lee from Greenfield trying to sell for Lumi Tropicana project. Somehow got my personal info and mobile number and sends me a spam call. When asked for his REN number 'cannot remember'. Asked for full name but suddenly not comfortable sharing. Claims to be compliant with the PDPA but when pointed out that they obtained personal info without my consent and used it for marketing which is direct violation of the PDPA suddenly it's 'technical'. Do not recommend this poor example of an agent and any agency he works for.
