As an intern student, ask for 2 days off to muet pon can't because muet kat johor kilang kt selangor, keje finished at 8 pm, keje finished moving there, last2 miss muet because tired sgt not aware, important thing kot, not nk go on vacation ? oh ye fact, this factory is racists, there's also a reason, bnda nmpk before your eyes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya Intern sini baru2 ni. Kerja teruk sangat. Diorang mempergunakan budak2 intern sebagai cheap labour. Masa dia offer mula2, dia kata elaun RM1000, tapi bila dah masuk 2 minggu, tetiba RM700 pulak. Kerja 8 jam plus 3 jam OT wajib. Tak boleh kurang dari tu. Kadang2 Ahad and Public Holiday pun dipaksa kerja, sebab tak cukup pekerja. And selalu jugak dipaksa untuk OT lagi 3 jam tapi takde break. So lepas lunch kul 1, kena kerja sampai pukul 11. Perkakas pun tak berapa ada sampai ada pekerja yang beli sendiri barang2 untuk bungkus kotak2 tu. Ni saya baru je berhenti sebab tak tahan.
I'm an intern here recently. Very bad work. People use interns as cheap labor. When he first offered, he said an allowance of RM1000, but when it was 2 weeks, it came to RM700. Work 8 hours plus 3 hours OT is mandatory. It can't be less than that. Sometimes Sundays and Public Holidays are forced to work, because there are not enough workers. You are always forced to OT for another 3 hours but do not break. So after lunch at 1, I had to work until 11 o'clock. There weren't many tools until there were workers who bought their own items to pack the boxes. I just stopped because I can't stand it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, the company have very poor management with the HRM not executing tasks professionally. Compensation and benefits provided (if any) for the employees are not worth the labour delivered by them (working a 12hrs shift/day with 6 days of working per week). Based on other reviews, it seems that internship students were also not given the holiday required in order to sit for muet which could result in them not being able to further their studies. The company should revise/review and tolerate the capabilities of the workers in the daily production and brainstorm on how to increase the efficiency without dumping the illogical workloads on the employees themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company are very heavy industry. Not suitable for people who can't stand to do heavy work like lifting boxes around 20kg each. Also need to work fast. So, if you are not tough enough, try not to apply here.
Been here as interns for 5 weeks, but then I stop since the workload is too much. They using interns as a cheap labour. I don't recommend to do your internship here. You only will do operator job, nothing much to learn. In my 5 weeks, I don't learn anything except packing plastic bottles.
A lot of misconduct they did to the worker. The major one is the over time. After the shift are done, there's 3 hours compulsory OT, WITHOUT break time. Then sometimes the operators was forced to work 3 more hours, and also does not have a proper break time, that they should give referring to the Labour Law.
Other than that, most of the staffs are quite friendly and helpful, only certain are a bit rude. It's also a good place for site visit.
