β β β β β Closing time at 9.30pm however the security not allowing people to go inside around 8.30pm onwards since its crowded.Im not sure this Klinik Kesihatan belong to government or private.Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia please look into this matter.

β β β β β They know it's a pick hour....the asking me to go to few Counter even before asking why I'm here....seriously counter service is 0/10..but the doctor's and nurses are 10/10...
Hope they could improve the front office.

β β β β β Service quality at Greentown health clinic getting worst. There are doctors whom answering google why got allergic without asking further questions to me.. One of my relative were asked by doctor to take video of her shaking head eventhough her head is shaking all the time and obviously can see it.

Patronizing, bullying & not helpful.
Thank god for razila in bilik 1.
Genuine, emphatic, really helpful. Even outside her job scope.
