If you have Financial Problem, DO NOT come to any similar agency. They are illegal, I have confirmed with AKPK officer. I have paid RM8k to this agent and nothing was done. I have to follow up closely with AKPK to know my status. Which I can do it myself thou. This agency create an email on behalf of me without my consent, and took my "agent fee" like that without good service, no update, every time I called them they say they are driving, telling me that my application at AKPK approved but its a lie. They also refuse to refund full money back to me (If they failed they should refund fully) BUT NO ! They only give me back Half (consider I request to cancel because I already waited months!) although their agreement stated clearly, will refund if AKPK reject (AKPK ALREADY EMAIL BLACK AND WHITE SAY REJECT MY APPLICATION) BUT THEY TWIST AND SAY THEY CAN MAKE IT APPROVE.
And in the end, I have to owe even more money to bank because agent fee charged to credit card. Cant believe it happened to me. So If you have finance issue, go to AKPK directly. government website. They will assist you clearly.
Once my application status is clear I will report this company. I am writing this so no next victims like myself get this. I greed for the 4-6% per annum payment. I agree to this service, they swipe all of my cards to get their agent fees maximum. But paying this amount, everything has to follow up and end up is nothing, I have to bear heavier debts now.
No need these useless agency. So if anyone call and pretend to be professional to assist you on your finance problem, just say NO.
Other Consultancy too. I HATE THIS COMPANY AND LESSON LEARNT!. IF THEY REFUND FULLY TO ME I WILL NOT POST THIS BUT THEY INSIST THAT IT IS ME WHO CANCEL THE SVC.
Edited Cuz they refund half only. So I still paid 4k for nothing.
