★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically can skip viewing all the posting in property guru & iproperty or any listing by GS realty.
Every single post was fake post, fake photo, fake details and it's only a clickbait. And I think all their agent was trained by a so call misleading "guru" in marketing to do posting or writing that attract people's attention 1st and make them call or msg their agent.
You can search a sunway area property but end up seeing ton of kota kemuning or others area property. ?

No body seems to reply my whatsapp messages but yet few unknown agents called me & offer something else. The posting was used to attract you to register so that the agents will collect your database..

Lousy service and runs away with commission afterwards....I had a very bad experience with the one named Natalie Chin Siew Ling, her so called leader Alex and also non cooperative management... Total scam. Actually they don't even deserve 1 star but but u hv to rate them here to post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw this rent listing in Property Guru app advertised by a GS Realty agent. Sent a WhatsApp text to enquire about the listing but no reply. Tried calling the number but no one picks up. Really unprofessional & don't care about customer service at all. After I checked them here in Google only I know that many others faced the same situation. Really a scam company? This is bad.
