โ โ โ โ โ The process of admission was smooth from claiming snacks to entrance all the way to my seats... the cinema was clean and the overall cinema experience was fun and enjoyable.

Sound system, ticketing system and the overall environment is good.
Just that sometimes food corner need to wait. Long queue.
This cinema have no twin seats.

Around 8 halls in total (I don't remember exactly) that comes with 2D, Atmos cinema of your choices.
However, I still prefer to go TGV at Gurney sometimes.
Pretty crowded recently.

โ โ โ โ โ Long long queues for both buying of tickets and sales of food. Poor checking in measures. They have only 2 gantries for entrance where they could put 4 to make the whole process more efficient.
Cinema wasn't very clean and could feel some old leftover popcorn probably from the last scene.

โ โ โ โ โ GSC Cinema is one of the best and cleanest cinemas here in Penang. The staff are very friendly and professional. Plus the GSC has many rates for adults, kids, students, and seniors. Most of the movies watched here were amazing experience. I would recommend it to all of my friends.

โ โ โ โ โ This is my go-to and my favorite cinema when I am in town. The movie halls are quite clean, well kept and well designed. The seats are quite comfortable and not so hard on your back when sitting, got better leg room.
The only downside is that they donโt show Tamil movies here, which is perplexing as they are in a major mall of Penang.
Located at 3rd floor of Queensbay Mall, south wing.

Now the cinema has fully reopen without restrictions of seats.
They have added the coffee vending machine, same as the Gurney plaza cinema.
