★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my kids enjoy the kecil hall. the playground really helpful even for 3hours movie(avengers) nice food too and they even provide the toilet for kids. clean and highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rates are slightly cheaper than TGV and GSC and now they have QR code scanners for online tickets redemption. Previously, they required you to wait in line at the counters just to redeem which ironically defeated the purpose as there are a few self-service ticket kiosks beside them.
Popcorn somewhat tasted charcoal-y caramel (i.e. not the best) yet prices are worth spending on Starbucks; you pay around RM13+ for a 16oz drink and regular popcorn.
One word of WARNING though, good luck if your booking is at Hall 1. You'll climb up a steep flight of stairs, a major challenge for senior citizens, the disabled, children and non-rock climbers. Whoever designed this should be thrown down the said stairs.

Regular patron here because of ticket voucher priced at RM8.00 gives great saving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MBO is getting better. Helpful staffs, nice environment, clean cinema,good combo variety, even their popcorn taste getting better. Me and my husband love their couple seat because the seat slightly bigger and can be recline. Plausible air conditioning temperature, not freezing and just nice.

1. Regular Halls (in my case Hall 6) was comfortable and the seats were spaced far enough to accommodate tall people/long legs.
2. Many seats at waiting area outside hall entrance.
Cons:
1. It can get very cold so bring a sweater/jacket just incase.
2. If you're seated at the extreme corners the side of the screen will be slightly blocked by the speakers and partition (only a small amount but noticeable).
3. Halls are open late due to cleaning (My showtime was 8.30pm and the hall entry light was only lit up at 8.30pm)
4. The food counter servers don't proactively ask for your MBO membership card, so don't forget to present it while ordering (in my case i only remembered to present it after paying, but it was too late to get points).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kinda annoying when im focusing on the movie and theres this worker running up and down passing food in the middle of the movie few times and the worst part is when someone is walking through the staircase aisle you can instantly feel the vibration. When someone in your seating row moves, the whole seat moves as well and you can feel the movement too it is really annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acceptable. I don't understand how they have a cinema hall that need their customers to get up to. If I'm not mistaken there's 4 fleet of stairs, by the time i got into the hall (Hall 1) i got tired, if you're on a wheelchair i don't know how u can get into that hall. The service is good but not excellent. Not my first choice but it's not my last too.
