I had very very bad experience working with your sales rep Lili. Called her, no answer. And while I was calling her on Whatsapp, I saw she is online but did not want to pick up. Sent message to her and ask her to call back she didn't. The delivery of parts was delayed by more than a month so I wanted to follow up with her but she avoided my call and messages.
If u want to improve and get more business, do these:
1) Sack Lili immediately and get someone else who is more responsible.
2) review your production capacity or efficiency, why parts can be delayed for more than a month??!!!
to the companies out there who may want to consider using GSH, I would advise you to think twice...
