★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at the car wash at 630pm. After finish washing less than 10min I was so happy as I was in a rush for a wedding unfortunately my car still have a lot of dry dirt sticking to it. The shop mostly manned by Bangladeshi, i called the supervisor (also Bangladeshi) and he said cannot wash and ask me to proceed to paying counter (local) where I tried to make complaint again. Sadly he mention, just pay for what had been washed at full price. I ask 2 local malays to help me scrub the dirt, while doing it the supervisor called them away but i manage to stop one of them to help me. After 30min drenched in sweat we completed. I was told one of the local chinese is the owner brother sadly he directly told me he already know, but so what? Know but do nothing & let the customer scrub their own car? I still paid in full but with full dissatisfaction.. then he told me u need a lot of time and people to do it. That is why i came to a car wash right?
Where am I? Car wash..
Why am I paying? To get my car washed..
What are they delivering with 10bangladeshi, 3local malays (good guys), 2local chinese (to collect money only)? They deliver cloth waiving, a lot of talk, no result, no value for money..
My suggestion..
Change the name
GT AUTO Customer Own Sweat SPA
- Car NOT Wash, but must pay.
The one who open car wash should be the one who are very knowledgable in car washing no giving excuses.
If u need more time, more effort, more money, tell the customer, in my case, i'm willing to pay triple if that is what is needed. Just get my car washed and cleaned.
Or better, close the shop..
I highly NOT recommend coming here..
