★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad after sales services, bought this Y15zr v2 been waiting for 8months pkp.. At the front suspension gt Knocking sound went, there all the way from kl to shah alam cz still new, warranty side mechanic Chinese fellow very lazy, i say wan check keep on telling cover set new tats why sound b4 i went there i gone to 2 bike shop both of them said suspension need some oil change and new front suspension spring.. The mechanic at GT MAX SHAH ALAM KNOWS THIS BUT DONT WANNA REPAIR IT. this problem is on 3rd day after i took the bike from shop. Only 200km odometer still gt problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, order sparepart from them but at the end you need to waiting until pass away mybe, every month call for followup and just get the answer " tunggu sparepart" the estimate time they dont even know. LEMBU do more better on their job than this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if standard practice now but bought a motor for 13k with cash after waiting preorder for 4 months but I only got free padlock and rm100 rebate for shop... Not even free helmet/raincoat? Couple of years before I bought motor for 5k they gave free raincoat, helmet & padlock. Just wow.
