★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was awful, when i asked for charcoal mud mask.. the salesgirl said theres ntg like that and went away.. n i heard her laughing n joking about me with her colleague, and i found the mask myself n confronted her, and she just said oh i dont know n rudely took n gave my money back,
GUARDIAN please give your salesgirl a proper education on how to treat customers otherwise a lot more people are gonna get mad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad attitude of staff especially the supervisor(some staff call him as boss). Just asking some question and the supervisor is no polite and manner to answer me. Have a bad experience at there. I won't go there anymore in future time. Bad service!!!!!! Management please take remind !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located near Maybank Taman Daya. Little faded appearance. Choices limited when comes to certain product where they have only Guardian Brand. I feel the staffs need to be friendly as appears to be harsh in answering to questions. Eg of respond(cari lah kat sana) whereas the outlet has no other customer and at least gesture of directing should not be rude. Probably staffs need more tender love and care.
