★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pemasangan pada 9 / 11 / 2021, baru perasan rupanya ada wallpaper koyak belah belakang katil. Sangat mengecewakan bila staff tak jujur dalam buat kerja. Kami dah follow up banyak kali escalated directly ke Puan Fitrah tapi jawapan agak hampa apabila beliau kata nanti staff datang tengok balik ikut jadual dorang, sampai kesudah tak datang!!!..macamni ke treat customer ? It will be the first and last. Worst customer service. Kami masih menunggu untuk staff yang TIDAK BERTANGGUNGJAWAB, TIDAK AMANAH, TIDAK JUJUR dalam bekerja tu ganti dan pasang semula yang baru. Kadang bukan kita taknak BMF tp customer service orang MELAYU ISLAM dgn CINA sangat lain..jadi tolong improve your service. Jadilah orang yang JUJUR dalam menjalankan kerja !
 Installation on 9/11/2021, just noticed apparently there is torn wallpaper on the back of the bed. It is very disappointing when the staff is not honest in their work. We have followed up many times escalated directly to Puan Fitrah but the answer was a bit empty when she said later the staff came to look back at the dorang schedule, until they didn't come !!! .. how to treat customers? It will be the first and last. Worst customer service. We are still waiting for staff who are NOT RESPONSIBLE, NOT TRUSTWORTHY, NOT HONEST in their work to replace and re -install new ones. Sometimes we don't want BMF but the customer service of MUSLIM MALAYS and CHINESE is very different..so please improve your service. Be an HONEST person in doing the work!
