★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. biadap betul staff perempuan melayu. saya nak bayar, then dengan muka tak friendly cakap, kite ada promo 10 percent kalau add second item. then i minta di explain sebab tak faham. dia buat muka and explain nak tak nak.
2. saya tanya elok2 kut cara bayar pakai pacepay, sebab nampak ada diskaun rm 25. lpstu dia suruh download. ingatkan ni loyalty apps guess. rupanya bukan. kenapa tak dislose earlier??? ni siap kena masukkan IC, kad bank. at least disclose to the customers what they sign up for. sudahlah hampir an hour. also tak perlu lah nak marah customer atau buat muka kurang ajar cakap "sebab tu i suruh u tunggu i nak ajar you". like what the heck? am i your friend..? im a customer there for god sake.
then bila nak bayar you ciao macam tu saja leave me with other staff sebab you lapar. seriously? at least TUNGGU LA CUSTOMER DAH PAYMENT dulu....
please lah have some adab first. mantain the brand reputation as well!
 1. Malay female staff is really rude. I want to pay, then with an unfriendly face say, kite there is a 10 percent promo if you add a second item. then I asked to explain why I didn't understand. He made a face and explained whether he wanted to or not.
2. I asked elok2 how to pay using pacepay, because it looks like there is a discount of RM 25. lpstu he told me to download. remind this loyalty apps guess. apparently not. why not dislose earlier ??? This is ready to insert IC, bank card. at least disclose to the customers what they sign up for. It's been almost an hour. also there is no need to upset the customer or make a rude face and say "that's why I told you to wait, I want to teach you". like what the heck? am i your friend ..? im a customer there for god sake.
then if I want to pay you, just leave me with other staff because you are hungry. seriously? at least TUNGGU LA CUSTOMER DAH PAYMENT dulu ....
