As a beginner, I have very little knowledge of EC guitar but the TGS team has given me good info, advice, support on every single thing that I asked them (even very late at night and early morning?). They have one the best quality products. Reasonably negotiable prices. They don’t push stuff to customers; they listen to customer's preferences and cater accordingly. Thank you TGS team. -JEE-

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my friend's birthday in Malaysia and I thought of gifting a guitar on his birthday. So I reached out to the Guitar Store,Malaysia's FB page and started to text for their assistance on how to go on with the process. Mr. Kuah and Mr.Daniel were there to assist me on the various guitar models. Mr.Kuah, was very kind to take his time and tell me about the various models and the cost. It was great assistance from him. He helped me out to place the order, helped a lot with the payment process. Though we had few issues with the International payment process, he waited patiently so that I could figure out and finally, he was the one who went out to deliver the guitar to my friend.
Im so grateful for all your help and it was the best experience choosing The Guitar Store Malaysia. Excellent assistance from the team. Thank you so much.
