★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had lamb chop, chicken chop, hazelnut, cappucino, mocha and lychee. Taste-wise it was an excellent dinner. The chicken was so tender, he gravy was so delicious and the veges was nice as it was already cut the bite size. One of staff was also being helpful by asking us where do we want to sit and get the chairs for us. kudos to the staff.
However, the waiter did not write our orders well and did not bother the double confirm the orders. Also, when we asked again for the order, he unapologetically just made the order and sent the order to our table without saying sorry.
Customer service was lacking and can be improved.
Oct 25, 2020 Update
I went to the shop again. This time, I am purely satisfied. Their lamb steak was top notch! Steak was cooked perfectly and meat was so tender and melt in your mouth. Paired with black pepper gravy and fresh salad, voila! Words failed me to explain the steak as I was the person who didnt eat lamb before due to the smell can easily finish one portion of the lamb steak, and that says a lot about their cooking. Also, We requested extra gravy and extra bowl of salad which only costs us rm2, so cheap!! All orders were made perfectly. This time, the waiter forgot our order again but then he said sorry and quickly serve us the order. All in all, taste wise, this shop is totally recommended!
