★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at around 3.30pm and the place was in an abandoned state. Tables & floor were not cleaned and cleared. Couldn’t taste much of the food as there were not many left. Price is on the high side, perhaps the target market are tourists & travelers. Perhaps things are different if we arrived earlier?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was nice but the hygiene was bad. Plus it was raining when i had my lunch there, the water splash into my food. It was not a pleasant memory. I think the owner should upgrade the cleanliness of the place asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily spot-on as it situated in the main road with big signage at the front of the restaurant. Wide variety of local food and lots of option of ‘gulai’ hence the name. Avoid peak hour and come a bit early to avoid queue for you to choose where you want to seat for scenic view of the paddy field. Price-wise and affordable for the food taste. Choose your food then straightaway pay your food at the counter and enjoy it and lots of information about Kedahan people that you can read through in the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a large selection of side dishes at reasonable prices. Spacious and clean place. Everything is done by yourself. Choose side dishes and pick up drinks at the counter after ordering and payment. Parking spaces are quite limited. Beautiful place next to paddy fields.
