โ โ โ โ โ The dentist is very rush for his recess, clearly that's a tooth decay but he said my teeth is perfectly fine. Then I requested for scaling and they arrange me on two months later.

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor phone call service at ibu dan anak clinic. Busy is not the excuse, everywhere is busy. So please!!! Should assign someone to take over the counter. Called so many times , it is not engage. Still ringing. Called clinic pergigian, they can answer on time. Very dissapointed with the service. Want to change vaccination date for baby also can't... Then if we come some other days, you all will be showing face and talking rudely. As this is about baby's vaccine, cannot delay much.Please improve from here.

โ โ โ โ โ Parking always full. No proper drop off area for mothers with baby, pregnant moms and elderly. Clinic had reasonable number of patients in the mother and child care section. Nurses are very friendly and patient with crying babies. They have breastfeeding room only for baby patient who needs milk urgently. Remember to carry child's health record booklet

โ โ โ โ โ A doctor named Puvin A/L xxxxxxx got a terrible manner problem. He's very rude to my mom, a senior lady. I asked his name, in case if in the future, if there's anything happen, so that I know who should I look for help. And he obviously think that I want to complain him, because he knew he got a manner problem and put his name tag on my face and said remember his name, he's Puvin. I know doctor is a stressful profession, and I'm an educated person and I understand their difficult, but do he need to act like picking a fight to everyone? From understanding to offenses, so I decide to make a report to the clinic and hope that the PIC can do some educating to the doctor who can't control their own emotional.

โ โ โ โ โ Been here for basic medical checkup. 2 hrs complete everything. Registration takes about 1hr++ incl waiting, but urine test, x ray and see doctor takes less than 30 min. Overall, worth the money
