Very genuine folks who will explain the options available to you and advice you with the right decision making. Not to mention the coating brand itself is of a good quality & value for money. Work was professionally done as well. Can really notice the difference??.

There are so many products varieties & brands out there that it can get all too confusing & overwhelming. Itโs a competitive business & sometimes that little bit extra effort to care for customer can make all the difference & swing a purchase. These guys know the trick and ticking all the right boxes! โ โ โ โ โ Dropped my car off at 2pm to get it coated (I made a last minute appointment). Job was done by 6pm. I leaned on my car to test out the GYEON Syncro coating and I almost slid off it cause it was smooth like butter. Mmm mmm mmm. Service was great, Fabian was really helpful and friendly.

1. I have my reservations about doing a car coating.
2. The Sales Adviser (SA), a friendly person by the name of Fabian Ong, was accommodating and was super helpful.
3. On my first visit, i just asked a quote and details. They were helpful and showed me the steps and gave me a quote. They even let me park at their store eventhough i didnt confirm the service.
4. Later, i think it was on a Sunday evening, Fabian was kind enough to explain the details and steps eventhough it was on a weekend evening. That sealed the deal for me. I appreciate it.
5. I sent the car around 10am. I had to leave it there to attend my meetings. Fabian kept me updated with the progress of the car periodically. i appreciate that gesture.
6. Car finished at around 5pm, i promised to come at 6 but was delayed to 7ish due to thunderstorm and heavy rain these few days, Fabian and team was accommodating and waited for me. They kept the car inside so that i can appreciate their work before i drive into the heavy downpour. This is customer service at its best.
7. Car is smooth, shiny and most importantly, is able to stand sudden rain and hot afternoons. I am a satisfied customer. The result of the coating may be too early to tell (It's only day 2). I do notice that water runs quickly off the paint and the windscreen due to the coating, the car looks shiny like new.
8. In terms of customer service , I am giving 10/10 to Fabian Ong and his team.
9. In terms of car coating quality, i am very happy with the result and quality of the work and care done to the car.

My car looks absolutely gorgeous! So happy with it, I would totally recommend this place. If you are going to this place, definitely look for a guy call William, fantastic customer service! ?

โ โ โ โ โ Personally, I enjoyed Gyeon Damansaraโs service very much. First, the detailed and knowledgeable explanation about coating was fantastic. It feels good to understand more on the products that I am getting before paying for it. Second, the great workmanship they had on my car. The coating was done very well and even the tiniest details was taken care of. Thirdly, they are sincere in terms of doing business and are always transparent with me on the pricing and my carโs progress from time to time. Thank you especially to Mr. Fabian and team for the experience!
