★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is Ironwill HQ and the customer service is very bad.
First problem I'm having is, delivery is very long and I decided to email them after 13 days I made the order. And the order arrived the next day, I look at the address, its just near from my place. The reason they give is because the stock need to be send from overseas, okay I accept the reasons.
Second is, when I receive the order, the packaging is labeled M size but the item is S size, I message Ironwill directly about the issue and they were like responsive and then goes unresponsive. I asked again another day, they say they will pass this issue to another colleague. Then another ady I ask the other colleague they say a moment again and goes unresponsive. Then another day again, I ask them, they say is the right order and no way they sent wrong order. Then I show photo of proof and they were like 'aikks, a moment' again. Then few days passed, I remind them about it and they say they will exchange another item due to its out of stock. (from here you can know that actually this item is out of stock from the start and they just pack S size to M size packaging). Then I opt for refund, they say okay and ask me to postage it back to them. And then they ask for my address, and there is one of their colleague living nearby my house, and call me to pass to them (not they come to collect from me), its near so I'm okay to pass to them.
Third is, I ask for refund and they say it will be transfer 1-2 days. After 6 days, I'm the one asking them is the refund made or no, and they reply me to have my bank account.
Amazing that this company work internationaly and the customer service is really bad and unexperienced. I hope that they can upgrade on customer service more on products.
